1. No Drugs or alcohol consumption on or off the premises.
2. No disruptive behavior.
3. Be in by curfew.
4. Sign out and in.
5. No smoking in the house.
6. A new member must be in by 10:00 PM for the first two weeks (unless otherwise approved by manager).
7. No violence or threats of violence. (Police/Parole, Probation Officer will be involved).
8. A member must maintain current on weekly rent. (Gainful employment or volunteer at concession stand).
9. A member will keep their designated living area clean. (Make bed, pick up dirty clothes or dishes, sweep andmop or vacuum living area).
10. A member will maintain personal hygiene.
11. A member must turn in and keep all medication locked in the office.
12. A member will not give prescribed medication to another member.
13. A member will complete daily/weekly chores as required.
14. A member will respect other members. (No loud music/TV, loud singing/talking).
15. A member will leave a contact number if out on an all night pass.
16. A member must obtain ID/Drivers License and Social Security card within the first week of move in date.
17. A member must clean up after themselves. (Bathtub after you take a shower, wash your own dishes etc).
