A Solid Foundation provides a program whose primary target population are individuals with a history of substance abuse or substance abuse related issues who are in recovery or seeking recovery and right living---Individuals who have been previously incarcerated or displaced. Our approach is support oriented services, both residential and non residential. They are designed and delivered by professionals and peers that understand recovery because they are in recovery. They are designed and delivered to meet the targeted population's recovery, support and education needs.
